Red, White & Blue for RIck!

Hi all, it's been a while! Mr. Mojo has upped and left the building I'm afraid, maybe away for a hoilday, who knows?!!

 I coloured up Starry Suzi by Rick St. Dennis, available from I Brake for Stamps, using Rick's personal Challenge over on the Facebook Rick St. Dennis Group, to use Red, White and Blue. For the layout, I used this week's Sketch from Friday sketch Challenge.

I used Faber Castell Polychromos pencils, and blended with mineral solution. She is my first image coloured with these new to me pencils, and I'm fairly happy with how she turned out.

I layered her onto silver, red and blue glittered paper, and a red, white and blue patterned paper as a base.

For the bordaer I cut lots of little glittery stars using Spellbinders, and the sentiment is by Impression Obsession. Finally I added a little red and white striped ribbon bow, from The Ribbon Reel shop.

Well, I got the Stars and Stripes in, and want to wish my American friends a very happy Independance Day!
