I decided to make a piece of home decor, rather than a card - I just felt like something a little bit different!

I have used a white washed wicker heart from Wilkinson's store, I've had this for ages and was inspired to use it for today's challenge.

I've gone a bit mad with the decoration on this heart, but I really wanted something sparkly, and very girly!
I have cut some Spellbinders butterflies in some Core'dinations card, and sanded back the embossed patterns.

I tied some bows using seam binding, and added various gemstones for that all important sparkle...

The central focal point is a Marianne doily topped with some white tea roses and ribbon loops, topped with stickles for some more shimmer :-)
Do stop by my fellow team-mates for some fabulous inspiration too!

What a fab idea to decorate something other than a paper object, Pauline! This is a one-of-a-kind ornament, and you could use it for Christmas but also summer!
