DYSU # 91 - Scallops

Hi all, we have a new challenge over at DYSU, and this week, we would like to see Scallops on your creations!

I have made a card using one of our generous Sponsor's images, Henney Penny. Isn't she adorable?

I stamped her in Toffee Crunch ink, and coloured with Promarkers, and i like this 'invisible lines' looks, it's lovely and soft, like a Mother Hen!

After cutting her out with a scallopped circle nestie I layered her onto some patterned paper from Stampin' Up!, and edged the striped piece with a scallop Fiskars punch.

I added a little sentiment using Tiny Tags from PTI, using the scalloped label from the set.

Finally I added some coloured chiffon ribbon and some green gems for some sparkle.

Here are our generous sponsors for this week:

* Winner's Choice of 4 Images

*$15 Gift Certificate for Digis

* $15 Gift Certificate on Cutting Files or Digis

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Tuesday Throwdown - Fall Colours

Stamptacular Sunday - Bling it on

Party Time Tuesdays - Anything Goes

Paper Playtime - Punches and a Sentiment

Thanks for stopping by,

Pauline

Hi Pauline

Great card. Love the image and the unique way you've used the Toffee Crunch ink for your stamping. It does give a softer more blended look. Great papers and love the sweet little tag. Enjoy your day.

Henny Penny is really sweet, Pauline. Great stamping with the invisible line look, ( I must give that a try). Then love how you coloured with PM's. Such a lovely choice of papers, too. I love how you did the random bling xx
