A card for a few challenges..

Hi all, today i have a card for a few challenges.

I have kept it clean and simple today; the colour inspiration is from CR84FN, and the sketch is from Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge. I am also entering this into Ladybug Crafts Ink which has a Going Dotty theme, and Top Tip Tuesday, which is anything Goes.

So here's the inspiration:

Gorgeous Rich colours, I couldn't wait to create with this colour pallette!

And here's my take:

I have used a kraft card base, and cut scallopps in both the front and back panels, and left the little bits on the ends so it's like a scallopy window. I was a bit nervous doing this directly to cardstock, but thankfully, I got both front and back lined up perfectly! Phew!

I then popped some gold candy dots from Craftwork Cards onto every other scallop.

I then ruffled some yellow polka dot ribbon from The Ribbon Reel, stuck down and layered a tassle on top, finished off with some yellow Bakers Twine, also from the Ribbon Reel.

The label is by Waltzingmouse Stamps Rescue Remedies set, and was a gift from a blogging friend Ruth at Just some Stuff I Made. Thanks Ruth!

So to finish off I added some pearls to the label, and it's finished!

Thanks for stopping by,

Pauline xx

Great card, Pauline. I adore how you did the ribbon, although I can't imagine how you achieved that uniformity. The gold candy dots are neat, too!
